Introduction
Welcome! My name is Tammy Hargett and I hold a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, a Masters in Addiction Psychology, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, and a Substance Use Disorder Professional. I have worked in the substance abuse and behavioral health fields as well as in education.
You matter, your mental health matters. I approach every client with an open mind and ready to help think outside the box. I believe the whole person matters, not just placing one piece of the puzzle in the correct spot. To truly understand oneself is to find a proper place for all the puzzle pieces to create a beautiful picture (metaphorically). I am big on teaching self-love, self-reliance, self-awareness, and self-care. I like to dig deep, while always meeting the client where they are. I believe trauma-informed care is key to unlocking vulnerabilities and to begin the healing process.
I work with all ages and all genders. I have a deep understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community. I use CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and humor when appropriate. No judgment, nothing you say will shock me. I would love to meet you.

Introduction
Hello, my name is Alejandro. I started in the healing arts in one form or another 40 years ago. Presently, and presumably for the rest of my life, I am dedicated to psychotherapy.
Healing and growth can take place when we can truly be present with the challenges in our lives. To heal and move beyond our suffering we must undertake an honest process of self-examination. Baby steps may be required. Everyone has the key to their own healing somewhere within, for within all of us there is a knowing and a creativity that has the answers to our struggles. It is my job to be a compassionate safe support assisting you in finding the answers to your troubles and joining you on the journey to find the solutions that are within you. That journey starts with being seen, understood, and appreciated.
I do individual counseling for adults. Compassion and unconditional acceptance are central to my approach. I understand how challenging it is to live in this confusing, alienating, and troubled society. It is so important to find support, and caring, and to be recognized and valued. It is my experience and, consequently, my belief that the challenges of life are an impetus for growth and healing. We can find strength, clarity, and resolve by facing our inner turmoil with caring and support. We can move in the world with meaning and purpose when we reach into our depths where there is intrinsic health and brilliance and answers. I believe that health and brilliance are a core part of the essential human condition that lies beneath the layers of defenses we have built.
Educational Background
I received my Bachelor’s Degree In Alternative Health Studies from San Francisco State University in 1984 and then went on to study Chinese Medicine and was Nationally Certified as an Acupuncturist in 1988. I practiced as an Acupuncturist in Costa Rica for a number of years. I graduated from Naropa University in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. I am now heartily being called back to the healing arts after a hiatus of 10 years to pursue Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Some therapeutic modalities that I use are Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, Transpersonal Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Informed Therapy.
I have experience working with Psychedelic Medicines. I used to sponsor groups to do all-night peyote ceremonies with the Native American Church and I worked with an organization in Colorado called Medicinal Mindfulness as a sitter for psychedelic journeys.
Long ago in the late 70’s I was a yoga teacher in Denmark.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (MC61366284).

Introduction
Hi, I'm Peter. There’s a chance that if you’re reading this right now, you, or someone close to you, is going through a challenging time. It’s an unfortunate reality that experiencing pain, loss, and struggle in life seems to come with the territory of being a human. While these experiences often leave us feeling isolated and stuck, you do not have to work through these issues alone. I’m here to help.
My approach to your treatment is one grounded in a radical sense of acceptance, validation, and equality. You and I are on a team, working together to build the sort of life you want to live. Unsurprisingly, it goes without saying that this process isn’t easy. If your mind is anything like mine, it sometimes has a tendency to get caught up in a web of difficult thoughts and feelings, which can make this work tricky. The time we spend together will be dedicated to practicing skills to unhook from and defuse these difficult thoughts and sensations as they show up and learn to approach them from a place of acceptance and self-compassion. Building these skills takes a great deal of courage and can be uncomfortable, but know that I’ll be with you every step of the way. We’re in this together.
My style of providing individual therapy is informed through a lens of trauma-focused acceptance and commitment therapy (TFACT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). As I alluded to above, this is an involved, experiential process that centers on our teamwork and meeting you where you’re at. Naturally, this process looks and unfolds differently for everyone. However, at the core of all of our work will be the ongoing practice of cultivating a new sense of mindful awareness, kind curiosity, and compassion.
In addition to TFACT and CFT, I’ve found myself especially drawn to psychedelic integration work and hope to factor its varying models into my therapeutic approach.
Educational Background
I earned my BA in Sociology from the University of California Santa Cruz in 2012. After a brief break from school and working in emergency medicine as an EMT, I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Washington University in 2023. I am a Master’s level counselor licensed in the state of Washington as a Mental Health Counselor Associate (MC61469084) and have been designated as a Nationally Certified Counselor (1727308) by the National Board for Certified Counselors.

Introduction
Working with children and adults from a person-centered perspective means meeting clients exactly where they are. Each session is an invitation to arrive with an open mind, trusting that healing unfolds in the present moment rather than through predetermined plans. We may meet in the office or move to Lake Padden or the building grounds, allowing the natural world to become part of the healing process. By tracking what's happening in the body and working from the bottom up (body to mind), we create space to deepen understanding and release the somatic tension underlying so much of our suffering. This might look like play therapy, movement warm-ups, expressive processes, subtle somatic explorations, or Internal Family Systems work - all oriented toward building the capacity to be present with whatever is arising.
Educational Background
I hold a 200-hour RYT and am a certified personal trainer. During my previous career as a somatic movement coach, I studied Somatic Experiencing and Laban Movement Analysis. In 2025, I graduated from Lesley University with my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy, where I focused my studies on the power of play and improvised creativity as pathways to healing. Throughout my internship experiences, I received mentorship in Somatic Experiencing, Nature Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, and have continued this mentorship beyond graduation.

Hello! My name is Angela Clark and I founded Trinity Truth Counseling, PLLC, in 2023. My clinical approaches include a person-centered approach which focuses on self-discovery and personal growth in a supportive environment and strengths that are also identified making counseling individualized for each client. I prefer to teach skills that can be utilized especially for the types of diagnoses presented. Educational Background
I received my Masters of Social Work in 2012 at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington. During my internship I worked with youth who struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues both in an outpatient and separately in an inpatient setting. Introduction
Hi. I am Toya, an Associate Clinical Social Worker in WA state.
Finding peace, creating change.
The Serenity Prayer inspires my approach to therapy — the focus is on what we can accept, what we can change, and the wisdom to know the difference. Together, we explore how to build a life that feels more balanced, empowered, and meaningful.
I use evidence-based therapies in a way that centers YOU. That means creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and in control of your life.
We begin by identifying your best outcome(s) for therapy — what you want your life and relationships to look like. From there, we work together to move toward these goals, one step at a time.
Educational Background
Compassionate care backed by clinical expertise
I’m a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) in Washington State, which means I’m qualified to support clients in a clinical setting. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as we explore what’s not working in your life — and together, we can discover what will work for you.
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) (2023) and a Bachelor of Psychology (2013). I am currently earning my PhD in Social Work (since 2024). I stay up to date with yearly training in ethics, crisis counseling, therapeutic approaches, and suicide risk assessment — because your safety and well-being are always my priority.
I’m also in the process of becoming an LGBTQ+ affirming provider, and I’m committed to providing inclusive, respectful care for all individuals.

Introduction
As a therapist with a more solution focused approach, my practice centers around providing you results, tangible action steps, and a path forward. I especially enjoy working with clients that feel therapy was not helpful in the past and/or want a fresh perspective. As a therapist who also has a background in coaching, I offer a unique blend that can help you achieve the goals that are important to you while also incorporating a deep understanding of mental health, trauma, and attachment wounds.
My therapy process is dynamic, I bring extensive skills around emotional and mental health, communication skills and conflict resolution, breaking unhelpful patterns and over coming social isolation. I strongly believe that we don’t know what we don’t know and it can be hard to see our own patterns when we have engaged in said behaviors and thought patterns over time, as such, being able to provide that feedback and insight is paramount to our work together.
By working together we can dive deeper into being more self-expressed and in tune with yourself and reclaim what brings your life deeper meaning, satisfaction and overall wellness. We can help you build a solid foundation and a life that is in alignment with your values. Life can feel lonely, and as a practitioner, I strongly believe that healing happens the most profoundly in relationships. In the work that I do with clients, we get the opportunity to look at your current relationships and life circumstances and work together to build a thriving community and support system around you and inner stability to handle life's challenges and celebrate the unique person that is you.
Educational Background
I started out my journey around learning and volunteering in the field of mental health by volunteering on a crisis line for other teenagers at age of 15 and have been doing crisis work and mental health related volunteering and work ever since.
I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2019, where I focused primarily on mental health stigma and expressive arts models. In 2018 I attended an intensive 6-month Life Coach Certification Program through Seattle Life Coach Training, accredited through the International Federation of Coaches.

She helps clinicians gain confidence in their abilities and professionalism and also helps clients recover their sense of hope and wonder after loss and grief.
Karen has worked not only in private practice specializing in children of Narcissistic parents and offering Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, but also as a therapist in community mental health, inpatient psychiatric treatment, a children’s group home, a PNW Indian Tribe and as a counselor working with teen homeless in Houston.
She is formerly the founder of Emerge Clinic, providing Integrated care for 9 years, and is currently offering KAP training for clinicians, Consultation for Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapists and WA State Supervision for therapists. Karen is deeply inspired to help guide and support new professionals as they navigate an increasingly complex world of providing therapy, and to help clinicians learn the ins and outs of Business as well as the Art of Practice.
She draws from an eclectic background of professional dance, choreography, meditation, contemplative meditation studies and her training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Ketamine Assisted Therapy. You might be a therapist entering the field knowing exactly what you want to specialize in, focus on and achieve, while some enter just knowing they want to help people who struggle without having a theoretical passion or focus. Both of these perspectives are welcome at Therapist Circle. This is the time for you to explore and define your theory of therapy while you have solid Admin/Clinical and Billing support and yet also total independence in your clinical practice.
Karen supports new clinicians in their journeys to become their most skillful and professional selves, and also challenges them with humor and grace. She will often bring up articles and books she is reading, podcasts, or other tools to discuss and inspire clinicians who want deep understanding and a relationship with the powerful underpinning of Psychotherapy and how it works.
Karen uses the tools of Mindfulness, Western Philosophy & Ideas, knowledge of Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, Solution Focused Brief Treatment, Expressive Arts techniques as well as a Humanistic, collaborative therapy style as a framework for teaching and mentoring new therapists. She invests in her Associates to find their passions, and helps them achieve their goal and dreams for their therapy careers.
Helping clinicians absorb these skills and see the world open up to them is her passion and motivation for practicing psychotherapy and teaching these perspectives to new therapists is a dynamic and exciting journey.
Educational Background
After attending North Carolina School of the Arts and New World School of the Arts, Karen completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts Dance/Religious Studies degree from Naropa University (1996) and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University (2006). She holds specialized Training in:
Meditation Instruction and Contemplative Psychotherapy
Expressive Arts
Integrative Medicine for Mental Health
Grief Practitioner Certification
Psychedelic Assisted Therapies
Ketamine Assisted Therapies
Neurobiology of Attachment
Karen is engaged in continuous training in new and evolving counseling therapies and techniques, and is deeply invested in learning how to deepen and expand her skills so that clients have impactful and more long-lasting change in their lives. She is playfully curious and explorative about therapy and therapeutic ideas and concepts as she helps her supervisees gain deeper awareness of their craft. Karen’s history in contemplative practices such as meditation and her study of Buddhist philosophy greatly inform her perspective on emotional healing.
Karen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH60163851) in WA State and also an LPC in TX.

Introduction
Hello, my name is Kai Cone. I believe there’s a truth within you, waiting to be spoken—a part of you longing to be heard and understood. You may not know exactly what it is yet, but that’s okay. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore and uncover what needs to be said. When that truth emerges, it has the power to unlock meaningful change and move you toward the life you’ve been yearning for.
I am more interested in learning what it's like to be you than I am in diagnosing you.
Life can feel overwhelming, as if you’re carrying a weight that never lightens. Even the smallest tasks, like folding laundry or preparing a meal, can feel daunting. You may find yourself surrounded by people yet still feel disconnected and alone. The endless to-do list piles up, leaving you exhausted and questioning if there’s any way forward.
But there is a way forward—a path of transformation, self-discovery, and renewal. Therapy isn’t just about solving problems; it’s about reclaiming your life and reconnecting with your inner strength. Through Jungian therapy, we’ll dive beneath the surface to explore the unconscious patterns shaping your struggles and discover the rich wisdom they hold.
This approach helps you integrate parts of yourself you may have overlooked or suppressed, offering a deeper understanding of your purpose and potential. You’ll uncover new perspectives, develop meaningful connections, and find balance amidst life’s complexities.
You don’t have to walk this path alone. Let’s journey together toward the life you’re longing for—one filled with clarity, creativity, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
I use the following methods to help you transform pain into a life worth living:
Mindfulness-Based (MBCT)
Psychodynamic
